Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at EA INDUSTRIES LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and coordinating transportation and delivery of goods.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
