Your Responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer within the Communication and Collaboration Security division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our code, tools, and deployments maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Jenkins pipelines with contemporary CI/CD workflows
  • Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing AWS-based product ecosystems for high performance and cost efficiency
  • Creating well-tuned alerts and dashboards to effectively monitor infrastructure and service health in production environments
  • Advocating for and utilizing Infrastructure as Code technologies
  • Writing scripts and automated tests to ensure the resilience and quality of Mimecast solutions
  • Innovating and promoting enhancements in our CI/CD processes and tools

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Engineering and/or DevOps
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles, automation technologies, and associated tools, with a focus on optimizing them for public cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience in deploying, scaling, monitoring, and maintaining services in AWS
  • Strong scripting and automation skills, proficient in two or more scripting languages relevant to DevOps and/or Test Automation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities that facilitate effective teamwork
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong initiative to drive results
