We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Yellow Brick Road Management Inc. as a key member of our Facilities Management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks
    • Carry out minor repairs to heating, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and coordinate with tradespersons for major repairs.
    • Perform routine maintenance on appliances and equipment.
    • Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure work environment.
    • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Assist newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
    • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to foster a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Indigenous People
    • Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
    • Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
