Position Overview

We are in search of a highly skilled Service Professional to enhance our dedicated team and fulfill our commitment to customer satisfaction.

As a Service Professional, you will demonstrate outstanding problem-solving abilities and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations through your diverse construction finishing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while executing various hands-on construction tasks during After Sales Service Appointments, including carpentry, drywall installation, taping, mudding, painting, and other related activities.
  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently, providing effective solutions.
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure repairs are completed promptly and maintain exceptional quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Offer superior customer service, proactively addressing homeowner inquiries and educating them on repairs and deficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, with at least 5 years in a service-oriented role.
  • Comprehensive finishing skills, including carpentry, drywall, taping, mudding, and painting.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and a relentless drive to exceed expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of the Ontario building code and Tarion GPG.
  • Valid G driver's license.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
