Millwright Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team at Posi-Plus Service Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of machinery and equipment.
- Assembly and Repair: Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, using precision tools and equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hydraulic, pneumatic, and other systems, including pumps and compressors, to ensure efficient machinery operation.
- Tool Management: Maintain and manage a set of hand tools, including steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
