At BDO Canada LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans, managing budgets and resources, and overseeing the performance and results of your marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the performance and results of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to evaluate and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers, other marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders in our target audiences.
- Ensure marketing programs and initiatives are in accordance with the Firm's strategic plan, and in compliance with the firm brand guidelines and policies across the region.
Requirements:
- College Diploma or University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing; professional services experience is an asset.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful regional marketing plans and campaigns.
- Passionate about event marketing and sponsorship marketing.
- Proven track record successfully driving marketing efficiency, delivering marketing KPIs and achieving business results.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with a variety of personas.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly creative, analytical, and results-oriented.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
- Well-informed and up-to-date on digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional negotiating skills.
