Support Desk Specialist

NavitsPartners is seeking a highly skilled Support Desk Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to user inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document user and issue details thoroughly to ensure accurate tracking and resolution.
  • Prioritize and manage support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Record and document all steps and resolutions of the support process to maintain a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Utilize online resources for software updates and troubleshooting to ensure the most efficient and effective resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Dell and VMware technologies.
  • Experience in handling incident responses and providing technical support.
  • Background in cybersecurity to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Ability to travel on short notice to client locations as required.
