Job Summary:

NearSource Technologies is seeking a highly skilled UX Design Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting groundbreaking solutions and leading the charge in technology.

About the Role:

  • User Research: Leverage user data and feedback to guide and inform design decisions, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users.
  • Design Development: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for a variety of digital products, including web and mobile platforms.
  • Visual Design: Enhance PowerPoint presentations for clarity and visual impact, optimizing layouts, flow, and design consistency to effectively communicate key messages through user-centered design principles.
  • Design Systems: Establish and maintain a consistent visual language and design system that reflects the team's brand, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design choices, continuously iterating on designs based on usability testing results and user feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile design.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software, as well as a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
