About the Role

Foilcon is seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
  • Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in service delivery, digital service design, and leading-edge technology
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, service design, or a related field
  • Proven experience in designing user-centered solutions that meet business objectives
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing interfaces for government-related projects
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and developments in service delivery, digital service design, and leading-edge technology
