Role Overview:

As a Field Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent on project planning, inspections, and field operations;
  • Maintaining regular communication with owners, contract administrators, contractors, and engineers;
  • Preparing and issuing temporary access and structure designs, along with providing sign-off for QVE inspections;
  • Reviewing and updating construction schedules and projections, ensuring accurate shop drawings, creating and issuing RFIs, and processing notices of change;
  • Conducting quality control activities, site layout, inspection programs, and keeping construction progress records up to date.

Is This Position Right for You?

  • You possess 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure, specifically on bridge, road, or culvert projects;
  • You have a solid understanding of scheduling and project management software;
  • You thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively towards project completion;
  • You are comfortable working in remote areas across Ontario.
