Quality Assurance Supervisor

- Oversee the daily functions of the Quality Assurance Department.
- Diagnose and address issues, conduct audits, assess system enhancements, and implement necessary modifications.
- Guarantee that all shifts are staffed with qualified personnel capable of ensuring compliance with product specifications.
- Address disciplinary matters as they occur and suggest corrective actions to Human Resources.
- Compile quality documentation and reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends, including failed processes, studies, recalls, and corrective measures.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise PFMEA, APQP, and PPAP activities necessitating QC lab measurements.
- Foster an employee-centered company culture that prioritizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Support organizational Health & Safety policies.
- Ensure the upkeep of 5S standards in the QC Lab and office.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical degree, preferably in Quality or Engineering.
- 5 - 7 years of experience as a Quality professional in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent.
- Advanced understanding and experience with ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO14001 certification systems.
- Strong team-building and leadership skills with experience in a managerial role.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to staff privacy.
- Ability to identify employee development needs and provide coaching and mentoring.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Superior attention to detail in all areas of work.
