Birchwood Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Consultant to join our team at Birchwood Honda West Winnipeg. As a Service Consultant, you will play a vital role in achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction after the purchase of a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently schedule services and repairs while maintaining open and current communication with customers.
- Utilize industry-leading technology and software to communicate with customers about repairs and estimated times of repair.
- Provide a customer-centric experience, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout the service process.
- Dealership Parts and/or Service experience is required.
- Proven relationship-building skills with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
- High attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- CDK experience is preferred, but not required.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and transportation to work are required.
