Service Consultant

The Service Consultant plays a vital role at Birchwood Chrysler Dodge in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction after vehicle purchase. This position is responsible for efficient service scheduling and repair while maintaining open communication with customers. Utilizing industry-leading technology, the Service Consultant will effectively communicate with customers about repairs and estimated times of repair. The successful candidate will be energetic, conscientious, and focused on providing a customer-centric experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule services and repairs efficiently
- Communicate with customers about repairs and estimated times of repair
- Maintain open and current communication with customers
- Develop a strong understanding of Fixed Operations in the dealership
- Dealership parts and/or service experience required
- Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
- High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- CDK experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license, clear drivers abstract, and transportation to work required
