Senior Consultant, Consulting Services

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our People First HR Services team in Winnipeg as a Senior Consultant, Training & Development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver people and culture solutions to clients across Canada.
- Assess and provide recommendations to organizations requiring strategic Human Resource solutions.
- Establish goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes.
- Develop analysis based on client and market data.
- Cross-collaborate with other team members and divisions to ensure we are innovating and delivering the highest level of service to our clients.
- Engage in business development activities, networking, and client relationship management.
- ~7 years' experience in HR or management consulting.
- Experience facilitating training and developing training programs.
- Ability to anticipate the short and long-term impact of decisions and take a broad approach to problem solving.
- Aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to apply logic and experience to assist with the development of solutions for clients.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple/complex projects and work towards tight deadlines.
