Project Coordinator Job Description

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects, working closely with our team to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects in various pre-construction stages, including design-build, project development, and major projects and pursuits.
  • Set up and maintain project administration, including procurement and costing/estimating.
  • Complete daily activity reports and collaborate with internal and external teams to complete project deliverables.
  • Assist in scheduling, quality control, and technical reviews, including generating technical submittals.
  • Participate in safety and loss control programs and contribute to the development of business and technical writing materials.

Requirements:

  • Civil or Construction Engineering diploma or degree with 1-2 years of experience in civil construction or equivalent.
  • Concrete experience is required, with a strong background in heavy civil earthworks, road building, and underground utilities.
  • Travel is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary.
  • A driver's abstract is required, obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date.
  • Team player with excellent people skills and proficient English language skills.
