Project Coordinator Job Description

Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects, working closely with our team to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Civil or Construction Engineering diploma or degree with 1-2 years of experience in civil construction or equivalent.
  • Strong background in heavy civil earthworks, road building, and underground utilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
