Project Manager
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the design and construction of manufacturing facilities and workshops with consultants and contractors.
* Define and secure the conformance of the detailed governance model for the project.
* Deliver the project on time and within budget, adhering to project specifications (quality).
* Manage and secure the timely delivery and quality of design input from stakeholders.
* Represent the company towards all external parties involved in the project in cooperation with procurement expertise.
* Lead project meetings, document actions, and follow up with all parties.
* Prepare monthly project reports for the Project Steering Group (PSG), including cost follow-up and forecasting.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 10 years of global project management experience in mining/heavy engineering.
* Designed and constructed manufacturing facilities/workshops.
* Managed projects with budgets over $20 million.
