Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at CSG Talent. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including consultants and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and control project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they are properly documented and mitigated.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mining or heavy engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
