ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:A passion for customer interaction and community engagement is vital. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, personable, and motivated to achieve success.
ROLE OVERVIEW:As a Consultant for Lending Services, you will assist customers and potential clients both over the phone and in person, delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting loan information
- Promoting our loan and protection offerings
- Finalizing loans both virtually and face-to-face
- Following up on overdue customer accounts
- Managing cash transactions, including payment processing
- Committing to your personal training and development to help us provide the best borrowing experience, earning our customers' trust and loyalty
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous
- Excellent communication abilities
- A positive and supportive attitude, contributing to a rewarding work environment
