We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our Consulting Services team at Verisk. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in managing risk and uncertainty.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on risk management strategies and solutions.
- Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough risk analyses to identify potential threats and opportunities, and develop recommendations to mitigate or capitalize on them.
- Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to clients, including risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and mitigation strategies.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to clients on risk management best practices and Verisk's risk management solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of risk management services to clients.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, actuarial science, or business.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in risk management, consulting, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk management concepts to clients.
- Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in Excel, with experience using tools such as Python or C# a plus.
