About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. Your role will involve managing guest registrations, room assignments, and addressing inquiries regarding hotel services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Manage guest check-ins, room allocations, and respond to service inquiries
  • Promote additional hotel services to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
  • Process financial transactions accurately and prepare necessary documentation
  • Address guest requests promptly and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Perform additional tasks as required, including conducting room tours and providing concierge services

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent; at least one year of experience in front desk or guest service roles
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate computer systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
