About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Associate to join our Private Banking team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and support to our high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist advisors and private advisors with administrative tasks related to managing clients' accounts, including opening and maintaining client files, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-quality customer service, prepare client meetings, and act as a resource person for questions related to products, procedures, and policies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Carry out a variety of administrative tasks related to the team's business development and financial transactions, including preparing portfolio analyses and financial planning.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sector members and report to the Vice-President, Private Banking 1859.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed college diploma and two years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Office administration studies, customer service experience, knowledge of Word and Excel, ability to work under pressure, autonomy, initiative, and discipline.
  • Certifications: Successful completion or current enrollment of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Business Practices Handbook.
