Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the efficient and effective coordination of client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide schedule planning support to healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Appropriately schedule staff to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Update and maintain electronic client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Perform data entry of client, employee, and billing information to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support billing activities to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Generate and distribute scheduling and billing reports to stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve errors or discrepancies in services ordered or provided.
Requirements:
- Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in-office mandatory.
- Quiet and confidential workspace at home with reliable high-speed internet and computer access.
- Intermediate data entry and keyboarding skills.
- Experience using PC databases and software applications.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Good personal organizational skills and attention to detail.
