Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the efficient and effective coordination of client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide schedule planning support to healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Appropriately schedule staff to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Update and maintain electronic client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform data entry of client, employee, and billing information to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support billing activities to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Generate and distribute scheduling and billing reports to stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve errors or discrepancies in services ordered or provided.

Requirements:

  • Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in-office mandatory.
  • Quiet and confidential workspace at home with reliable high-speed internet and computer access.
  • Intermediate data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Experience using PC databases and software applications.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good personal organizational skills and attention to detail.
