Job Title: Advanced Practice Clinical Leader

About the Role:

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Clinical Leader to join our team in the Child, Youth and Emerging Adult Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to inpatient and outpatient teams
  • Develop and implement best practices in assessment, care planning, and discharge planning for children and youth with severe mental health challenges
  • Collaborate with interprofessional teams to advance clinical care and improve patient outcomes
  • Support family engagement initiatives, quality improvement initiatives, and patient and staff safety strategies
  • Precept graduate students and engage in evaluation and research

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a health sciences discipline
  • Member in good standing with the respective regulatory College
  • Five years of clinical experience working with clients with mental health and addiction
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, teaching, and computer skills
