About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers on a daily basis, responding to inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, and providing information about product features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers with their questions and complaints
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Negotiate payment terms and arrangements, take loan applications on call, etc.
  • Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure compliance with regulatory, client-specific, and corporate guidelines
