We specialize in producing, maintaining, and operating a fleet of large aerial firefighting aircraft, consisting of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. Our fleet enables us to provide rapid aerial fire suppression services, including initial attack and extended attack protocols. With our company's growth and expanding footprint, we are seeking to add skilled Structures Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to our team.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform sheet metal and composite repairs to aircraft components with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide high-quality workmanship that meets industry standards.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Follow instructions and work procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and keep accurate records of work completed.
  • Be open to travel and working in various locations, both within and outside of Canada.
  • Ensure that all required records, including work sheets, logs, and tracking updates, are complete and submitted in a timely manner.

**Requirements:**

  • AME (S) rated is preferred, but all levels of experience will be considered.
  • Approved training course completed is preferred (ICS also accepted).
  • Strong interpretive skills, including the ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and data.
  • Good hand skills and manual dexterity.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to take direction and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
