About Joto Imaging Supplies: Since 1989, Joto Imaging Supplies has been at the forefront of providing innovative digital printing solutions and products to the custom printing sector. We have established ourselves as a leader in the industry, offering a diverse array of items including heat transfer papers suitable for both laser and inkjet printers, as well as cuttable and printable heat transfer vinyls for textiles, sublimation, and DTG supplies. Our offerings also encompass laser, sublimation, and DTG printers, alongside comprehensive equipment packages designed to assist digital decorators in launching or enhancing their operations. We stock a wide selection of heat presses, mug presses, and vinyl cutters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Effectively present, promote, and sell our products and services to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform thorough cost-benefit and needs analysis for current and potential clients to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
  • Proactively reach out to customer leads through cold calling initiatives.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction levels.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and objectives within designated timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Provide support to the customer service team during peak demand periods.
  • Analyze market potential, monitor sales performance, and prepare status reports.
  • Deliver management insights regarding customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
  • Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends within the industry.
  • Participate in relevant tradeshows.
  • Continuously seek improvement through constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French is required.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to cultivate productive professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and driven by targets.
  • Knowledge of the graphic industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish as a third language is an asset.
  • Exceptional selling and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
