Key Responsibilities- Sales and Service: Sell postal products and services to the business community and public, including mail and parcel services, postage stamps, and other retail items.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Mail and Parcel Processing: Sort, distribute, and process mail and parcels into appropriate classifications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in business administration.
