About the Job:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Interior Health Authority, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to pharmaceutical and organizational policies
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication

About this Opportunity:

This is a casual opportunity, which means you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights, rotating from 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00 hours. As a casual employee, you will have the opportunity to apply for internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions, and may lead to regular employment.

About the Location:

The Pavilion at The Slocan Community Health Centre is a residential facility attached to the 24/7 Emergency Unit and physicians' offices. Our resident-centred philosophy prioritizes supporting residents' choices, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. The facility offers stunning views of the mountains and lake, and our Recreational Program Coordinator and Rehabilitation Assistant are on site to support residents' physical and emotional well-being.
