Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Lethbridge Operations team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
- Assist with resource scheduling to ensure team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks
- Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Manage project management documents, such as the budget, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the project manager
- Execute various project management administrative tasks as required
- Support team members in implementing risk management strategies
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university or college throughout the internship
- Be able to work on-site in the province where hired if applicable
- Pursuing post-secondary education in fields such as engineering, business, commerce, management, computer science, science, education, or other relevant technical areas
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team
- An 'outside the box' thinker
- Organized and holds strong coordination skills to support assigned projects
