Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Processor to join our team at Enns Brothers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process daily shipments and transfers, reconciling deliveries to invoices and entering data into our computerized system.
  • Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies and resolve any shipping issues that may arise.
  • Route incoming goods to the appropriate areas and assemble equipment for display.
  • Manage the process for returning goods, cores, and shipping containers, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work to deadlines and remain calm and positive in all situations.
  • Ability to learn how to drive a forklift.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • No more than 1-2 years of experience in a busy distribution center, pick/pack/ship depot.
  • Familiarity with shipping procedures, including pick to order, package, stage, create shipping documents for courier, mail or transport, load, execute in computer system, track shipment.
  • Familiarity with receiving procedures, including check to BOL, note over/short/damage, receive into system, unpack, inspect and put away accurately.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean abstract required.
