Parts Procurement Specialist

**Job Summary**

Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Person to join our team in Brandon, MB. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist customers in locating required parts and provide pricing information
  • Complete online parts orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard
  • Locate parts and materials, and ship to customers and other branches
  • Provide assistance to branch service technicians as required
  • Place inventory stock orders and make inventory and bin adjustments
  • Accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
  • Operate parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in the parts industry is preferred
  • Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills
  • Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
  • Ability to meet physical demands of parts/warehousing trade
  • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
