Hotel Receptionist

Panda Pod Hotel is seeking a skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, as well as answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Special Needs: Assist clients/guests with special needs and contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
