Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Philthy Philly Cheesesteak and Poutinerie. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including sandwiches, salads, and soups.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Food Handling and Sanitation: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stored and rotated.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, overtime required, and repetitive tasks.
