Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Saskatchewan Inc.

Job Summary

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with food preparation and serving.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers at the counter and buffet tables
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and surfaces
  • Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping foods
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed
Requirements
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Work Environment

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals.
