Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Saskatchewan Inc.

Job Summary

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing various tasks related to food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by serving customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces, as well as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including portioning and wrapping foods, and replenishing condiments and supplies.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure to meet customer demands.

Work Environment

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a rural area, in a fast-paced environment, with a physically demanding job that requires standing for extended periods.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The hours of work will be 35 to 40 hours per week.
