Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at PHL Distributions INC.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and programs. This role will involve coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and providing excellent customer service to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
