About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing and Events Manager to join our AWS Marketing team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in executing our field marketing strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with marketing and sales leaders to develop and execute a differentiated marketing strategy and plan for AWS in Canada.
  • Lead the cross-functional management of cross-segment and cross-vertical programs, including event marketing, digital initiatives, and campaign execution.
  • Design, build, and execute customer events that align with business goals and elevate the AWS brand.
  • Compile, analyze, and synthesize performance metrics for events and marketing campaigns.
  • Drive operational best practices within the marketing team, ensuring data quality, campaign hierarchy alignment, and efficient use of marketing tools.
  • Oversee project management for large-scale initiatives, maintaining organization and communication across complex workflows.
About the Team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
