Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare accurate HR reports, assess HR processes, and execute ongoing HR programs. Strong technical data management, analytical, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Data Management
    • Compile, analyze, and check data integrity of ongoing HR reports and dashboards.
    • Provide ongoing HR data management; review the accuracy and completeness of information; clean the data as required.
  • Process Improvement
    • Focus on continuous improvement and identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes.
    • Partner with the HR team and other departments on implementing improvements.
    • Develop templates, job aids, and other training information as required.
  • Administration
    • Execute ongoing HR programs such as referral payments, onboarding training, and exit interviews.
    • Conduct new hire onboarding.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of business experience, preferably in Data Analysis.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with PowerBI is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented and mathematically inclined, with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate data for business use.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and exercise sound judgment to prioritize activities.
