Rôle et responsabilités

En tant qu'Associé en Services Financiers, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de notre équipe dédiée aux services bancaires personnels et aux petites et moyennes entreprises. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec des experts en services financiers pour aider nos clients à valeur élevée à sécuriser leur avenir financier et à développer leur entreprise.

Vos principales responsabilités incluront :

  • Engagement client : Utiliser vos compétences en gestion de trésorerie, crédit, investissement et protection des actifs pour répondre aux besoins des clients et les orienter vers les bonnes solutions.
  • Résolution de problèmes : Écouter attentivement les préoccupations des clients, poser des questions pertinentes et agir de manière proactive pour résoudre leurs problèmes.
  • Organisation : Gérer les dossiers clients, planifier des rendez-vous et maintenir une organisation efficace pour maximiser la productivité de l'équipe.
