Rôle et responsabilités

En tant que membre de l'équipe des Services bancaires personnels et PME, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des experts en services financiers pour aider les clients à valeur élevée à sécuriser leur avenir et à développer leur entreprise. En tant qu'associé en services financiers, vous fournirez un soutien administratif et à la clientèle, tout en identifiant des opportunités de croissance. Vous établirez des relations solides et contribuerez à la réussite financière de vos clients. Il est essentiel de pouvoir travailler durant les heures d'ouverture des agences, y compris les soirées et les week-ends. Pour garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle, vous devrez être flexible et capable de travailler dans différents établissements.

Compétences requises

  • Engagement client – Utilisez vos connaissances en gestion de trésorerie, crédit, investissement et protection des actifs pour répondre aux interrogations des clients et les conseiller. Collaborez avec votre spécialiste en services financiers pour aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs financiers.
  • Résolution de problèmes – Écoutez attentivement le client, posez des questions pertinentes et adoptez son point de vue. Prenez la responsabilité des préoccupations des clients et sachez quand faire appel à d'autres pour trouver des solutions.
  • Compétences organisationnelles – Préparez les dossiers clients, planifiez des rendez-vous et maintenez les horaires à jour. Contribuez à la réussite de l'équipe en améliorant la productivité et en identifiant proactivement des opportunités d'affaires.
