We are seeking a part-time Customer Relationship Specialist to become a vital part of our team. The Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) plays a crucial role in identifying and supporting sales opportunities while delivering outstanding client service. This position is responsible for nurturing positive relationships and addressing our members' financial product and service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients, establish rapport, respond to service inquiries and concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance client relationships. Actively seek opportunities to showcase our value proposition, identify needs, and suggest suitable solutions. Collaborate with team members and business partners to ensure a seamless and rewarding client experience. Assist members with personal banking needs through engaging conversations and facilitate the opening of new accounts, term deposits, and other financial products and services. Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing support to fellow team members as needed. Participate in sales meetings and maintain accurate records of sales and service activities within the customer relationship management system. Engage in community initiatives and support local events.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in banking, credit unions, or advisory sales, with a strong desire to advance in the financial services sector. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities. A passion for learning, strong teamwork orientation, and a genuine desire to assist others. Proficient in computer applications.
