Position Overview:
- Address customer inquiries promptly and deliver outstanding service
- Assess client requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions
- Conduct various financial transactions and support sales efforts
- Ensure adherence to regulations and bank policies
- Guide and mentor fellow banking professionals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in customer sales or service
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Familiarity with banking products and services
- Exceptional customer service and collaborative skills
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and travel as needed
