We are looking for a part-time Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance our team. The Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) plays a crucial role in identifying and supporting sales opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service. This position is responsible for proactively cultivating positive relationships and addressing our members' product and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly, build rapport, address service inquiries and concerns, and identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships. Actively seek opportunities to showcase our value proposition, identify needs, and suggest suitable solutions. Connect customers with other team members and business partners as necessary, ensuring a smooth and rewarding customer experience. Assist members with personal banking needs through engaging conversations and facilitate the opening of new accounts, including personal and business profiles, term deposits, and various banking products and services. Guarantee an exceptional member experience by providing support to fellow team members as needed. Participate in sales meetings and maintain accurate records of sales and service activities within the customer relationship management system. Engage in and support community initiatives.Qualifications:
Previous experience in banking, credit unions, or advisory sales, with a strong desire to advance in the financial services sector. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities. A strong willingness to learn, a collaborative team spirit, and a genuine desire to assist others.
