Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on food safety, sanitation, and job duties to ensure a high level of service.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Analyze sales data and prepare accurate budget and cost estimates to ensure the financial health of our restaurant.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to management.
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries for Chef: Provide detailed summaries of food orders to our chef, ensuring accurate preparation and presentation.
  • Supervise and Check Assembly of Trays: Oversee the assembly of trays and ensure they are presented to customers in a timely and appealing manner.
  • Supervise and Check Delivery of Food Trolleys: Monitor the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
