Key Responsibilities

As the Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a culture of growth and learning for both our customers and associates. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail or Services Management, or a related field focused on customer experience.
  2. Completion of high school and post-secondary education is preferred.
  3. Demonstrated success in achieving customer service excellence and sales performance.
  4. Comfortable with technology and its applications in a retail environment.
  5. A dynamic and inspiring partner for both customers and associates.
  6. Curiosity and approachability are key traits.

Additional Information
