Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality and SafetyEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements- Education and Experience
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.
Work SettingStaff accommodation is available, and the work setting is fast-paced with a variety of locations, including cafeterias, coffee shops, and fast food outlets or concessions.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent oral communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
