Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Culinary Leadership: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that our kitchen and work areas are clean and safe for our staff and customers.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure that we meet our service standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Japanese cuisine, but we welcome applications from candidates with experience in other culinary specialties.
