S1 FOOD SERVICE is seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, optimizing resource allocation.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will work in a standing position for extended periods, requiring physical stamina and endurance.
