Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saisethsons Hospitality Group o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory is managed effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet the demands of the job.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
